Faith, Justice, and the Fight

For many families, the fight against trafficking is not just operational.

It’s spiritual.

Scripture repeatedly calls believers to defend the vulnerable, pursue justice, and protect the oppressed.

The U.S. Department of Justice defines human trafficking as the exploitation of a person through force, fraud, or coercion.

But beyond legal definitions, there is a moral clarity.

Children are not commodities.
Women are not property.
Exploitation is not inevitable.

Faith communities play a powerful role in:

  • Prevention education

  • Community vigilance

  • Survivor support

  • Prayer and advocacy

Awareness must move from the headlines into the pews.

Justice is not political.

It is biblical.

And every community has a role to play.
