Remembering Why

Every Memorial Day is a solemn time to honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. At Saved in America, this day is more than remembrance—it’s a reminder of our purpose.

Many of our volunteer operators—retired Navy SEALs, law enforcement, and military veterans—have transitioned from defending freedom abroad to defending children here at home. Their mission now? To protect the most innocent from the darkness of child sex trafficking.

This Memorial Day, we reflect on three truths:

  1. Freedom is fragile. It must be defended at home as fiercely as abroad.

  2. The war on child sex trafficking is real. And it’s happening in our own backyards.

  3. Veterans never stop serving. Through Saved in America, they continue to fight for lives worth saving.

In our Memorial Day newsletter, we honored these warriors—not just for what they’ve done, but for what they continue to do. Every child recovered is a victory. Every trafficker stopped is justice served.

Let us carry their courage forward, not just on holidays, but every single day. Your support helps us keep their mission alive—and ensures no child is forgotten.
