Team Saving Teens

Many people mistakenly assume that slavery is a problem of the past. Unfortunately, it is a thriving industry not only globally but also within the confines of our beloved America. It is far from a third-world only problem or an issue only affecting the poor and downtrodden. Instead, human trafficking, or modern-day slavery, victimizes children from every income level, in every state in the nation and who have every type of home environment you can imagine. Consequently, it is at a crisis point in America. Thankfully, there is a team of heroes filling in the gap for these kids and protecting them against the horrors of the industry. 

The Team of Heroes

The group that makes up the professional volunteers at Saved In America include experts with specialized military training, backgrounds in law enforcement and other specialties who have combined their efforts, focusing their efforts against the atrocities of human trafficking and rescuing America’s teens. The group at Saved In America boasts a 100% success rating, meaning that once they go after a child who is missing and a victim of human trafficking, they find them 100% of the time and oversee their return to their families or guardians as well as ensuring they get the help they need to recover. 

Why This Organization's Efforts Are so Important

In 2016, there were 7,621 cases fielded by the National Human Trafficking Hotline. In addition, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, around 40% of all runways reportedly become the victims of sex trafficking. With approximately 300,000 missing kids in America at any given time, that means around 120,000 children are being victimized by this evil industry right in our own backyard. This has to stop, and this team of heroes is stepping in to see that it does come to an end or at least doesn’t go on building and thriving without being challenged.
